Join us for an informative dinner meeting featuring Hank Fulmer, CBO, Deputy Building Official, and Brad Bailey, Permitting Manager, from the Sarasota County Building Department.

Our discussion will focus on new and upcoming permitting requirements, changes that may affect contractors and building professionals, and the permitting procedures that come into play after a storm or major weather event.

• What contractors and property owners should know when applying for permits
• Building Department procedures following a hurricane, tropical storm, or other major storm event
