The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for supervising and managing the full scope of daily field operations on commercial roofing projects. This includes ensuring projects are completed safely, on-time, within budget, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and the highest standards of workmanship. The Superintendent plays a key role in field leadership, coordinating with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, general contractors, inspectors, and clients to ensure efficient project execution and a superior customer service experience.

· Oversee daily field operations for commercial roofing projects from mobilization through completion.
· Plan and coordinate schedules, staffing, and site logistics (labor, materials, equipment) to meet production goals.
· Lead and direct foremen, crews, and subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
· Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, building codes, company standards, and safety regulations (OSHA).
· Monitor jobsite quality and safety, enforcing policies and addressing issues proactively to minimize delays and cost impacts.
· Coordinate with internal project managers, general contractors, inspectors, vendors, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
· Track and report project progress, including daily reports, documentation, timekeeping, and cost awareness.
· Train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel; support ongoing development and departmental training initiatives.
· Assist with preconstruction efforts, including site evaluations, logistics planning, and input on labor and project approach.
· Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and high performance across field operations.
· Travel as required, including up to 25% out-of-town assignments with overnight stays.
