As a Service Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing service and maintenance activities for commercial roofing systems and coordinating and supervising retail reroofing projects at various locations. Your expertise in roofing techniques, project management, and team leadership will be essential to the continued success and stellar reputation of our company.
1. Service and Maintenance Coordination:
Embrace our core value of putting the pedal to the metal by efficiently coordinating and scheduling service and maintenance activities for commercial roofing systems, ensuring timely completion.
Demonstrate your commitment to safety and quality by overseeing inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks, enforcing adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Collaborate seamlessly with the Service Administrator to maintain accurate documentation of all service activities, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
2. Roofing Inspections and Assessments:
Conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing systems, embodying our core value of doing all the little things well, to identify and assess any issues or areas of concern.
Document findings and prepare detailed reports outlining the condition of the roof and recommended repair or maintenance actions, showcasing your attention to detail and precision.
Utilize advanced tools and equipment, including thermal imaging devices, moisture meters, and visual assessments, to perform accurate and comprehensive inspections.
3. Roofing Repairs and Maintenance:
Demonstrate your expertise in roofing techniques by performing repairs and maintenance on various types of commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, metal roofs, and shingle roofs.
Embody our commitment to excellence by diagnosing and troubleshooting roofing issues, such as leaks, punctures, and damaged flashing.
Take pride in replacing or repairing damaged roofing materials, including membranes, shingles, insulation, and flashings, ensuring the highest level of workmanship.
4. Retail Reroofing Project Management:
Lead and coordinate all aspects of retail reroofing projects at various locations, embracing our core value of making your future at OSR by efficiently managing resources, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
Collaborate seamlessly with project managers and estimators to review project plans, specifications, and schedules, ensuring successful project execution.
Develop detailed project execution plans, showcasing your strong project management skills and attention to detail.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Uphold our commitment to doing all the little things well by implementing and enforcing quality control measures to ensure that service and maintenance activities and reroofing projects meet the highest standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship, safety practices, and quality control measures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
6. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

7. Budget and Cost Control:
