Job Responsibilities:
• Management: full responsibility for the Service Department, including scheduling, staffing, equipment, materials, vehicles, project management of repairs in progress, estimating repair jobs, and most importantly, providing outstanding customer service
• Our service manager should constantly strive to grow their operations through building a strong customer base
• We consider our customers our number one priority: we encourage our Service Manager to constantly interact with their customers to ensure an enjoyable customer experience
