• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as Modified SBS, TPO, PVC, R-panel, Standing seam coatings, single ply, and other forms of roofing systems
•Able to operate the tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety and demonstrates safe work practices.
• Able to perform the physical demand needed to complete roofing-related tasks in local climate.
• Perform the necessary job duties to include but not limited to climbing and operating on ladders, regularly lifting roofing material weighing 90lbs, working on a roof
