The Florida Forum Magazine started out as a small black and white pamphlet. In 1961, the booklet's publisher - the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRSA) decided to convert it into a bound color magazine. Today the monthly publication is still going strong with a circulation of approximately 4,500 that includes a comprehensive list of the major licensed roofing contractors in Florida along with industry suppliers, distributors and service providers, architects, engineers, building officials, influential government representatives and various construction subcontractors and general contractors. Various issues of the magazine are also distributed at major industry events such as the National Roofing Contractors Association convention and the International Roofing EXPO and the Southeast Roofing and Sheet Metal Spectacular trade show held during the group's annual convention. Each month the Florida Forum magazine addresses specific issues of industry importance as outlined in the editorial calendar below.
