The Foundation offers a variety of benefits to the roofing industry through the generosity of its members:
Scholarships – FRSA has awarded over $340,000 since 1991.
Continuing Education Seminars – Specifically developed for licensed roofing contractors and their employees. As a professional courtesy, the Foundation presents a free seminar for architects and building officials during convention.
Research – In 2021, the Foundation funded underlayment uplift resistance values research. The Earl Blank Faculty Fellowship is awarded each year to professors performing roofing-related research at the University of Florida.
